No. 9 Market Square is not just a restaurant. It's my home where I invite people to eat my food, relax and be catered for in a warm and cosy environment. A place where you are already thinking about returning before you even leave.

OUR ETHOS
As such, the ethos of Brian's "home" is to incorporate as many Irish produced foods in the construction of our dishes, as well as growing an array of herbs and vegetables for the restaurant from his home farm in Rareagh, on the outskirts of Letterkenny.
LOCAL PRODUCE
Brian has always been a massive supporter of small producers and farmers on the island of Ireland and the north of Ireland specifically, many of which he would consider his close friends.
AWARD-WINNING
Brian has won many accolades throughout the years, namely for his love of fish, winning 'Seafood Restaurant of the Year." He has also been crowned 'Best Chef' in Tyrone six times. He is now readily equipped and excited to bring Market Lane to the people of his hometown Letterkenny, and beyond.
